OUR FOOD
Our menus are filled with dishes that contain fresh, seasonal, local (Welsh!) produce. Creating delicious meals that children will eat and enjoy is very important to us, and we look to support local businesses and the community in the process.
Our ethos of sourcing local means ingredients reach our kitchens as fresh as possible. This has a positive effective on the environment as we aim to reduce food miles and packaging. By providing food that is enjoyed means our food waste is down to a minimum.
We review our menus twice a year to reflect seasonal changes and to give our customers new choices.

- We only use free range eggs
- We offer fair trade produce
- Using sustainable fish certified by the Marine Stewardship Council
- We use local Welsh produce from suppliers such as Harlech Foods
- We aim to provide at least 3 portions of fruit and veg in a typical 2 course meal
